These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the OVVO Labs website, applications, subscription products, data, reports, forecasts, analytics, tools, and related services. By accessing or using OVVO Labs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Informational and Analytical Use Only

OVVO Labs provides financial analytics, research tools, portfolio construction tools, options pricing tools, ranking tools, macroeconomic nowcasting tools, and related outputs for informational and analytical purposes only.

OVVO Labs does not provide personalized investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or brokerage services. Nothing on this website or within any OVVO Labs product should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, hedge, or otherwise transact in any security, option, portfolio, strategy, or financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any information, output, analysis, ranking, forecast, signal, model result, or portfolio construction is appropriate for your own objectives, constraints, financial condition, risk tolerance, and professional obligations.

2. Investment Risk and No Guarantee of Results

Financial markets involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Options, leveraged strategies, short exposure, derivatives, concentrated portfolios, and active trading may involve substantial risk and may not be suitable for all users.

Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Backtested, simulated, forecasted, ranked, model-derived, or historical results may not reflect future outcomes and may differ materially from live results. Market conditions, liquidity, execution quality, transaction costs, taxes, data availability, and user decisions may affect actual results.

OVVO Labs makes no representation that any user will achieve profits, avoid losses, outperform a benchmark, reduce risk, or obtain any particular financial outcome from using the website, applications, reports, tools, subscriptions, or related services.

3. Model, Forecast, and Data Limitations

OVVO Labs products may use historical data, market data, economic data, third-party data, user inputs, statistical models, nonparametric methods, partial moments, forecasts, simulations, confidence intervals, rankings, and other analytical processes. All such outputs are subject to uncertainty, error, delay, revision, and limitation.

Data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, revised, unavailable, or affected by provider limitations. Model outputs may change as data changes. Forecasts and estimates are inherently uncertain and should not be relied upon as guarantees or predictions of actual future events.

Users should independently verify any information before making financial, business, investment, trading, or risk-management decisions.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Access

Access to certain OVVO Labs products requires an active paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, product availability, and included features are described on the applicable product or checkout pages and may change from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions are billed in advance for the applicable subscription period. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and for all charges associated with your account.

OVVO Labs may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, products, data sources, applications, or services at any time, including for maintenance, security, provider limitations, technical issues, or business reasons.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process made available through your account, checkout provider, or by contacting OVVO Labs support.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing by OVVO Labs, subscription fees are non-refundable and are not prorated. Once a subscription or service period is activated, the full fee for that subscription period applies regardless of how long the service is used.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

6. Account Security and Login Sharing

Each account is intended for use only by the individual or authorized user associated with that account. Sharing login credentials, account access, subscription access, or product access with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You agree to notify OVVO Labs promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

OVVO Labs may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if it believes an account is being shared, misused, accessed improperly, or used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You may use OVVO Labs products and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or provide unauthorized access to OVVO Labs products, analytics, outputs, reports, data, code, models, designs, or content without prior written permission from OVVO Labs.

You may not use OVVO Labs services in a way that interferes with platform operation, attempts to bypass access controls, burdens infrastructure, violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, or misrepresents OVVO Labs outputs as your own proprietary product without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All OVVO Labs content, products, applications, text, graphics, designs, workflows, analytics, software, outputs, reports, documentation, branding, trademarks, and related materials are owned by OVVO Labs or its licensors, except where otherwise stated.

Your subscription or use of OVVO Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the services for your own internal, personal, professional, or business use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Third-Party Services and Data

OVVO Labs may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, market data providers, economic data providers, software libraries, APIs, or external services. OVVO Labs is not responsible for third-party outages, delays, errors, limitations, policy changes, or data revisions.

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement, control, or responsibility for those third-party websites or services.

10. Availability and Service Changes

OVVO Labs aims to provide reliable access to its services, but access may be interrupted, delayed, suspended, or unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security concerns, third-party service interruptions, data-provider limitations, or events beyond OVVO Labs’ control.

OVVO Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to any website, application, tool, data feed, report, forecast, or service.

11. User Inputs and Responsibility

Some OVVO Labs tools may allow users to enter assumptions, tickers, parameters, preferences, uploaded files, portfolio details, risk preferences, or other information. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any information you provide.

Outputs may depend materially on user inputs. Incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate inputs may produce misleading or unsuitable results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OVVO Labs and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, OVVO Labs websites, applications, subscriptions, tools, outputs, reports, forecasts, data, or services.

This includes, without limitation, trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption, data loss, system failures, reliance on analytics or forecasts, or decisions made based on OVVO Labs outputs.

13. No Warranty

OVVO Labs products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OVVO Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and suitability for any particular financial, investment, trading, or business objective.

14. Termination or Suspension

OVVO Labs may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account, subscription, product, or service if it believes a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, shared access improperly, failed to pay applicable fees, misused the service, created security risk, or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct.

15. Changes to These Terms

OVVO Labs may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of OVVO Labs after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
